I found out something that came as quite a surprise. After weeks of my pants slowly falling down at work and some startling revelations that many of my shirts really looked baggy, I found out that I've actually lost about 20 pounds since I moved out on my own.

I've done nothing--hardly exercised, haven't started to eat healthy, nothing. I'm just losing weight like crazy. And I feel good. I'm not depressed. I'm not starving. This is the strangest thing to ever happen to me--I spent much of my high school life trying to lose weight at every turn...without any effect. Granted, work is a lot more active than sitting on my butt and writing/reading all day for school.
Either way, I'm taking this as my cue to actually exercise and eat healthy. It's gotta start sometime. =)
