You'd think I'd have something better to tell you than the fact I'm a little bit sad that one of my favorite models on UPN's America's Next Top Model just got sacked.

Poor Michelle.

Life is definitely going in a good direction for your blog writer and his family in Tampa (which includes more four-legged creatures than bipeds, but we'll overlook that). Not only did I not spill my burning hot McDonalds coffee "straight on my vagina" -- as Justin would say, mocking that poor woman who would later say, in a press interview, "I never make my coffee hot." (Reporter: "You make your coffee with cold water?") "Yes, with cold water, so that it's never hot." -- but I also arrived five minutes late to work, a fact that no one seems to notice, or even care about.

I can understand being really late to work. And I see the people around me not even showing up until after lunch once in awhile.

But it was a different story to walk up the flights of stairs to my old job, four minutes late, with my boss pacing in the hallway that separated our offices from the other businesses, trying to look purposeful, then checking his watch, scurrying into his office, waiting five minutes before coming to talk to me about my tardiness.

Sheesh! No wonder I started having indigestion.

Today will be fun. I'm researching open-source CMS packages. Wish me luck!
